NH Mortgage Refinance

Life's tough and for many, it gets tougher each day. Money is always a problem, but there's hope for people of New Hampshire. If you've got any existing home mortgage, you can take out an NH mortgage refinance loan and come away with extra cash and easier loan options, too!

5 Benefits of Getting an NH Mortgage Refinance Loan

Lower Interest Rates
You don't have to earn hundreds of thousands each month just to qualify for a low-interest refinance loan. Truly, there are many refinancing options available to you and if you play your cards right, you can exchange your current loan for one that's easier to pay.

Start by comparing rates. Don't hesitate in asking for quotes. If you notice that the rates they're quoting are still relatively high, you might want to check your credit rating. See if there's any way you can repair your credit before applying again. The next time you do, you're sure to come home with an NH mortgage refinance loan that has lower interest rates and lower monthly payments as well.

Shorter Loan Term
Loan terms can be likewise exchanged for something better when you opt for refinancing. If you've found the ideal NH mortgage refinance loan for your needs, you can use part of the cash you'll acquire to settle a portion of your existing mortgage. Without refinancing, you might not have the means of paying off even a tiny part of your current loan.

By reducing the size of your debt, you also reduce the length of time you're in debt. As such, you could pay off your mortgage more quickly and you'll finally become financially independent.

Consolidate Debts
Refinancing also allows you to consolidate your debts if you wish. Debt consolidation has gotten a bad reputation over the years, but the advantages they bring - when used at the right time by the right person - shouldn't be denied.

Consider, for instance, if you've three existing loans with respective interest rates of 5%, 7%, and 3%. The average interest rate you're paying for all three is 5%. Now, here comes a mortgage provider offering to refinance all your loans for just 4%. The better deal is clear to see, isn't it?

Consolidating your debts with NH mortgage refinance may also allow you to acquire extra cash, depending on the size of your current debts. It's also more convenient to pay: you need only to remember one deadline for all your loans.

Convert to a Different Type of Interest Rate
Some people have off and peak seasons when it comes to earning. In most cases, people who own businesses experience this. These people may then prefer variable or adjustable rate mortgage so that they can take advantage of low interest rates at the same time their businesses are on its off-season.

On the other hand, some people may desire the opposite. NH mortgage refinance can let them exchange their ARM for a fixed rate mortgage. This way, they'll know exactly how much to set aside each month, making it easier for them to budget their money.

Get Extra Cash
In all honesty, who wouldn't want to get their hands on extra cash? Unfortunately, spare cash isn't something you'll find lying around for free. But with NH mortgage refinance, extra cash is exactly what you'll get and you can spend it on anything you want.

Online Mortgage Payment Calculator?
I need an online mortgage payment calculator where you can input the following: Mortgage Amount (Example: 10,000 dollars) Mortgage Term (Example: 1 year/12 months) Interest Rate: (Example: 10.2%) Monthly Payment (Example: $200) The calculator needs to show a table of results including: Monthly Balance Interest on Unpaid Balance Total (Monthly balance + monthly interest) Monthly Payment (in my case it's $200 per month) and the Balance after all that. (Total Balance per month: monthly balance + monthly interest - $200) All of that for each of 12 months, and then the grand total last. If there is such thing, the first person to locate a calculator where you can input the monthly balance (not have it calculated) gets Best Answer. I'm asking this cuz I've only seen Mortgage Calculators which calculate your monthly payment. I need one which calculates all/ most of the functions I listed above. Thanx! If you can calculate everything i listed & put it in a graph yourself, even better! By the way, the mortgage stuff is for a project, not in a real situation.....

OP-ED COLUMNIST; Another Inside Job

14 Mar 2011 at 12:00am  Count me among those who were glad to see the documentary ''Inside Job'' win an Oscar. The film reminded us that the financial crisis of 2008, whose aftereffects are still blighting the lives of millions of Americans, didn't just happen -- it was made possible by bad behavior on the part of bankers, regulators and, yes, economists. What the film...

For Obama and Banks, a Little Unity

28 Mar 2009 at 12:00am  In a bit of political stagecraft designed to quiet the public's anger toward Wall Street, President Obama summoned the heads of some of the nation's largest financial institutions to the White House on Friday and urged them to accept responsibility for their industry's excesses. The 13 chief executives emerged from the 90-minute meeting pledging to...

MORTGAGES; Getting Started, via the Web

13 Jan 2008 at 12:00am  NEARLY half of all mortgage shoppers use the Internet to do research on mortgages. How they find reliable information, though, is anyone's guess. As the housing market boomed, and brokers and lenders searched for places to advertise their services to prospective borrowers, the number of mortgage-related informational Web sites mushroomed. A recent...

Mortgages; Could Be Time for an Appraisal

15 Jul 2007 at 12:00am  HOME sellers and buyers are acutely aware of house prices in a local market, but these days even owners who plan to stay put should be attuned to changes in market value, mortgage finance specialists say. That's because homeowners face less financial flexibility than they once had, especially in areas where home sales are stagnant or falling. ''If...

ECONOMIC VIEW; Pop Quiz: Did the Tax Cuts Bolster Growth?

13 May 2007 at 12:00am  POLITICIANS from the president on down have lately been saying that the tax cuts passed in 2001 and 2003 were responsible for the quick growth of the economy starting in mid-2003. That growth has since tapered, but as Republicans lobby to make the tax cuts permanent, it's worth asking -- are they right? I decided to pose that question to a large...
